Unauthenticated API access via stripped path suffix

Improper authentication in Apache Solr 5.3.0 before 8.11.4 and 9.0.0 before 9.7.0 allows remote attackers to access protected APIs. PKIAuthenticationPlugin mistakes a :/admin/info/key path suffix for an unprotected endpoint, then API routing strips that suffix before dispatch. The flaw is reachable when Solr authentication uses its default PKIAuthenticationPlugin, granting the unauthenticated caller the targeted API's privileges.
