Stack-based buffer overflow in Nintendo Mario Kart 8 Deluxe before 3.0.3 allows nearby remote attackers to crash the game process. LAN_CopyAppData accepts a browse-reply length of up to 150 bytes while copying into a 128-byte stack buffer. A victim must open Wireless Play or LAN Play; the demonstrated consequence is a crash, while code execution requires a separate information leak.
