Group session key disclosure via Base64 timing

Timing side channel in Matrix.org libolm 3.2.16 and earlier allows local users to infer group session keys via Base64 decoding. The decoder indexes the DECODE_BASE64 lookup table with secret key characters, producing secret-dependent cache access patterns. Exploitation requires local timing visibility during key import; Matrix.org reports that network timing is too noisy for a feasible remote attack.
