Account creation via tokenless cross-origin password request

Cross-site request forgery in za-internet GmbH C-MOR Video Surveillance 5.2401 and 6.00PL01 allows remote attackers to create users. The /dosetpassword.pml handler accepts a cross-origin POST containing a username and password without a CSRF token or origin check. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to visit attacker-controlled HTML; the demonstrated request adds an attacker-controlled account.
