Improper access control in za-internet GmbH C-MOR Video Surveillance 5.2401 allows remote authenticated users to invoke administrative functions. The download-bkf.pml handler accepts a direct HTTP POST from a low-privileged account without enforcing the administrator-only role. Low-privileged credentials are required; successful exploitation permits backup-file disclosure and unauthorized configuration changes.
