CPU exhaustion via malformed XmlMessage processing

Denial of service in UCI IDOL 2 2.12 and earlier allows remote attackers to exhaust CPU via a crafted XmlMessage document. The TCP port 2112 listener processes the byte sequence B0 00 followed by " EOF" and consumes 100% CPU instead of rejecting it. No authentication or user interaction is required; the demonstrated consequence is CPU exhaustion, while remote code execution remains unconfirmed.
