CNC crash via unbounded pre-authentication sessions

Resource exhaustion in the Mirai Botnet CNC server through 2024-08-19 allows remote attackers to crash it via concurrent TCP sessions. The pre-authentication handler allocates memory and file descriptors for each session but enforces no idle timeout or concurrent-connection cap. Network reachability alone is sufficient; stalled authentication sessions exhaust resources, crash the CNC server, and disconnect its bots from command delivery.
