User-assisted code execution via dangerous file upload
Published Oct 9, 2024 · Updated Oct 9, 2024
Dangerous-file upload in Adobe InCopy 19.4 and earlier and 18.5.3 and earlier allows local users to execute arbitrary code. Adobe has not disclosed the upload-handling component or the validation failure that permits a dangerous file type to reach execution. Exploitation requires user interaction; successful execution runs attacker-controlled code in the affected application context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
