Cross-user S3 secret reset via unchecked username

Incorrect authorization in Apache Ozone 1.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to revoke and regenerate another user's S3 secrets. The S3 Gateway's S3SecretManagementEndpoint accepts a target username and performs secret revocation or generation without verifying that it matches the Kerberos-authenticated identity. Exposure requires the disabled-by-default HTTP endpoint and an S3 Gateway principal assigned as an Ozone administrator.
