Resource exhaustion in IBM QRadar EDR 3.12 allows remote authenticated users with privileged access to interrupt service via administration requests. The administration-request path allocates resources without limits or throttling when it processes repeated requests. Only privileged accounts can reach the affected administration functions, and repeated requests exhaust service resources.
