CVE-2024-45096Network attack vector

Authenticated information disclosure via package directory listing

Published Sep 5, 2024 · Updated Sep 5, 2024

Information disclosure in IBM Aspera Faspex 5.0.0 through 5.0.9 allows remote authenticated users to view sensitive package data. The package-content interface returns a directory listing that exposes sensitive information, but IBM has not disclosed the affected endpoint or underlying authorization error. A valid Faspex account and access to the target package are required, and the documented impact is limited to reading information.
