Admin command execution via unsanitized address fields
Published May 6, 2024 · Updated Aug 1, 2024
OS command injection in Ruijie Networks RG-UAC 20240428 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via crafted IP or MAC data. The /view/IPV6/naborTable/add_commit.php handler passes the ip_addr or mac_addr argument into an operating-system command without neutralizing command syntax. Administrative privileges are required; successful exploitation runs commands on the gateway, enabling data access, modification, and service interruption.
