Unrestricted file upload in IBM webMethods Integration 10.15 allows remote authenticated users to execute files on the host OS. Integration Server permits an authenticated developer to write OSCommand.cnf and then executes arbitrary commands defined by that file. The attack requires an authenticated developer account and grants command execution with the Integration Server process's operating-system privileges.
