Stored cross-site scripting in IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.5 and 9.0 allows remote authenticated users to expose session credentials. The administrative console stores privileged-user-supplied JavaScript in the Web UI without neutralizing it before later browser execution. Exploitation requires privileged console access and a trusted-session user to load the affected content, enabling credential disclosure and UI alteration.
