Local service interruption via invalid sleep context

Improper locking in Linux 5.17 through 6.11-rc3 allows local users to interrupt service through Tegra I2C runtime resume. tegra_i2c_xfer enters runtime resume while dev->power.lock is held, and acpi_subsys_runtime_resume then attempts a sleeping mutex operation inside that spinlock context. Reachability requires an ACPI machine using the Tegra I2C driver; the documented consequence is limited to availability.
