Data corruption via unchecked RAID1 recovery state

Data corruption in Linux kernel RAID1 6.9 through 6.10.6 and 6.11-rc1 through 6.11-rc3 allows local users to read unrecovered data. The read_balance path calls choose_bb_rdev and choose_slow_rdev without rejecting a normal disk whose recovery has not reached the requested sector, selecting stale blocks instead of a slow member holding valid data. The condition requires a degraded RAID1 array with a replacement disk still recovering; affected reads can return corrupt data.
