System crash via undersized s390 boot allocation

Out-of-bounds kernel memory access in Linux 6.10 through 6.10.6 and 6.11-rc1 through 6.11-rc4 allows local users to crash the system. The s390 boot code reserves physical memory for the kernel image without including the offset needed to align its start with the lower 20 bits of the KASLR virtual base, allowing the shifted image to extend beyond the reserved range. Reachability is limited to affected s390 builds during kernel startup, and the documented consequence is loss of availability.
