Kernel crash via incompatible DMA allocator

Denial of service in the Linux kernel's nouveau firmware loader allows local users to crash the kernel during driver startup. nvkm_firmware_ctor allocates the firmware image with the coherent DMA allocator even though its scatter-gather-list use requires non-coherent DMA memory. The crash requires nouveau firmware initialization on a kernel built with SG_DEBUG while an IOMMU is enabled, and it interrupts the entire host.
