Remote service interruption via MPTCP counter underflow

Affected Linux kernel versions allow remote attackers to exhaust host resources through crafted MPTCP RM_ADDR messages. The MPTCP path manager decrements add_addr_accepted when removing a subflow not created from ADD_ADDR, wrapping the counter and re-enabling address acceptance. MPTCP must be enabled and reachable; repeated MP_JOIN and RM_ADDR exchanges bypass address limits and force unbounded subflow and socket creation.
