Local system hang via workqueue self-destruction

A workqueue lifecycle flaw in the Linux kernel allows local users to hang the system through the XillyUSB driver. A kref-triggered cleanup work item calls destroy_workqueue() on the same per-device queue that is executing it, creating an illegal self-destruction path. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and active XillyUSB device lifecycle activity; the documented consequence is loss of system availability.
