Kernel panic via stale WED callback pointer

Use-after-free in the MediaTek WED Ethernet driver in affected Linux kernels allows local users to trigger a kernel panic. A stale cb_priv pointer remains available after mtk_wed_setup_tc_block() frees it, and the callback dereferences it without a null check. Triggering the crash requires an MT798X device with WED enabled, multiple access-point interfaces on one band, and an interface-down operation; the demonstrated consequence is a kernel panic.
