Kernel compromise via hns3 reset race

Improper locking in the Linux hns3 driver allows local users with CAP_NET_ADMIN to compromise or hang the host during a PF reset. hns3_nic_setup_tc can re-enable a port while reset teardown frees its NAPI contexts, work items, and DMA rings, leaving live users of freed objects. Reachability requires control of an hns3 netdevice and both reset and traffic-control operations; exploitation permits kernel-memory reads or writes, while an unweaponized race can permanently wedge networking.
