Local privilege escalation via stale IPv6 route

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel IPv6 transmit path allows local users to corrupt kernel memory by sending crafted IPv6 traffic. ip6_send_skb dereferences its route after ip6_local_out returns even though concurrent RCU reclamation can already have freed that route. An unprivileged local user can create the required network namespace and XFRM race, enabling a kernel crash or privilege escalation.
