Kernel memory corruption via oversized TA binary

Out-of-bounds write in the Linux kernel AMDGPU driver allows local users to corrupt kernel memory through an oversized TA binary. The ta_if_load_debugfs_write handler accepted a user-supplied TA length without checking it against the one-megabyte PSP buffer before initialization copied the binary. Reachability requires writable access to the AMDGPU TA debugfs load interface and compatible AMDGPU PSP hardware; a successful write can compromise kernel confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
