Kernel memory disclosure and crash via stale endpoint

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel MPTCP path manager allows local users to crash the host via path-manager netlink commands. select_local_address() and select_signal_address() return endpoint pointers beyond an RCU read-side critical section, allowing later code to dereference entries freed by concurrent deletion. Local users need CAP_NET_ADMIN in a user-namespace-owned network namespace; reuse of the freed object exposes heap data, corrupts kernel state, or causes an oops or panic.
