Host interruption via SHAMPO WQ double unlink

Linked-list corruption in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service through the mlx5e SHAMPO receive path. The mlx5e receive handler calls mlx5_wq_ll_pop() again when a fully consumed WQE later receives a completion entry reporting zero consumed strides, corrupting the work-queue linked list. Exploitation requires local access and an mlx5e device using SHAMPO; the reported consequence is host availability loss, not data disclosure or modification.
