Kernel data corruption via undersized DMA alignment

Memory corruption in the Linux kernel on PA-RISC systems allows local users to corrupt DMA-written data through cache-line sharing. ARCH_DMA_MINALIGN is fixed at 16 bytes, allowing unrelated small allocations to occupy one cache line while DMA and cached writes target separate objects. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access on a PA-RISC system and concurrent writes; the bounded consequence is corruption of kernel-managed data.
