Remote host crash via unsupported GUE protocol

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel versions allows remote attackers to crash hosts by sending a crafted GUE packet. In gue_gro_receive, an unsupported encapsulated protocol without a GRO handler reaches WARN_ON_ONCE instead of being treated as an expected packet error. A reachable FOU/GUE tunnel port is required, and the host crashes only when warning-to-panic handling such as panic_on_warn is enabled; otherwise the kernel logs one warning and drops the packet.
