Kernel crash via concurrent ACPI notification race

Race condition in the Linux kernel 6.8 through 6.10.4 allows local users to crash the kernel by triggering concurrent ACPI notifications. The intel-vbtn notify_handler() can run simultaneously on multiple CPU cores and register priv->switches_dev twice, producing a duplicate sysfs object and a null-pointer dereference. The demonstrated path requires local low-privilege access and a Dell Venue 7140 keyboard-undock event; no data disclosure or modification is reported.
