Reflected XSS in admin_datarelate.php in SeaCMS 12.9 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via a crafted FTP host value. The saveftppic action accepts edit__app_ftphost and renders the submitted value without neutralizing script markup. Administrative access and subsequent browser interaction are required, and successful exploitation exposes or modifies same-origin data in the affected user session.
