Unauthenticated privilege escalation via empty share token
Published Sep 10, 2024 · Updated Sep 10, 2024
Improper privilege management in JimuReport 1.7.8 allows remote attackers to gain elevated access through a crafted GET request. JimuReportTokenInterceptor accepts an empty shareToken after its database lookup returns no record, causing preHandle to allow the request. No authentication or user interaction is required; the bypass reaches the protected dictionary-list endpoint and exposes its data.
