Authenticated file disclosure via template path traversal

Path traversal in PHPok 3.0 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary server files through the template editor. The tpl_set_f function passes the controllable filename value into file_exists after joining it to a template directory, while file.php's cat function reads the resolved path with file_get_contents. Access to the administrative backend is required, and the demonstrated traversal exposes file contents without showing file modification or service interruption.
