Smoother server crash via unchecked current goal

NULL pointer dereference in Open Robotics ROS 2 Navigation2 Humble allows remote attackers to crash the smoother server via a SmoothPath goal. During deactivation, smoothPlan() retrieves the current goal after it has been cleared and dereferences the unchecked null result. The SmoothPath action must be reachable while the lifecycle node is deactivated; the resulting zero-page read aborts the process and interrupts navigation.
