Controller crash via unchecked action goal dereference

NULL pointer dereference in ROS 2 Navigation2 Humble allows remote attackers to crash the controller through a FollowPath action goal. computeControl() reads controller_id through action_server_->get_current_goal() without checking whether deactivation cleared the current goal. A FollowPath goal must overlap local controller deactivation or cleanup, causing the controller process to abort without affecting confidentiality or integrity.
