Sensitive-data exposure via reflected pagename script injection
Published Sep 4, 2024 · Updated Mar 13, 2025
Reflected XSS in ZZCMS 2023 and earlier allows remote attackers to read sensitive information via pagename input to admin/del.php. The endpoint returns the attacker-controlled parameter in an HTML response without sufficient neutralization, causing supplied script code to execute in a visitor's browser. Exploitation requires a victim to open the crafted request; successful execution exposes data accessible within that victim's browser context.
