Username enumeration via password-change response discrepancy

Information disclosure in Webmin Usermin 2.100 allows remote attackers to enumerate valid Unix accounts through unauthenticated password-change requests. The password_change.cgi handler returns a current-password-incorrect response for an existing account but a login-name-not-found response for an unknown name. Network access to the web interface is sufficient; no credentials or user interaction are required, and disclosed account names can support later password attacks.
