Incorrect access control in Zhelin NUS-M9 ERP 3.0.0 allows remote attackers to download arbitrary files through a crafted request. The public disclosure identifies /Basics/DownloadInpFile but does not disclose the request parameter or the access-control operation that fails. The endpoint is remotely reachable without authentication, and successful exploitation exposes files and sensitive information without reported modification or service interruption.
