Insufficiently protected cryptographic keys in Minut M2 firmware 15142 and earlier allow physically proximate attackers to inject firmware via USB. Internal flash stores extractable keys that permit crafted firmware prepared from one affected unit to be loaded through another unit's exposed USB-C port. Physical access and advance preparation are required; successful injection grants persistent control that can suppress alerts or add surveillance code.
