Credential disclosure via unfiltered GraphQL mutation logging

Sensitive-data exposure in GitLab CE/EE 16.5 through 17.1.6, 17.2 through 17.2.4, and 17.3 through 17.3.1 allows local users to read proxy credentials. The GraphQL controller logs the complete mutation query, including the mavenExternalRegistryPassword field, without filtering its value. Exploitation requires access to graphql_json.log and exposes configured artifact-repository credentials without altering data or service availability.
