Browser script execution via unescaped ticket remark
Published Nov 17, 2025 · Updated Nov 17, 2025
Reflected XSS in PHPGurukul Small CRM 3.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a user's browser through a crafted aremark value. The manage-tickets.php response inserts aremark into a textarea without neutralizing HTML, so a closing textarea tag escapes the field and a following script element executes. A user must load the resulting ticket-management response; execution is limited to the security context of that browser session.
