Unauthenticated database read and modification via SQL injection
Published Nov 14, 2025 · Updated Nov 14, 2025
SQL injection in PHPGurukul Student Record System 3.20 allows remote attackers to alter MySQL queries through password recovery inputs. The password-recovery.php handler submits id and emailid values to MySQL without neutralizing SQL syntax, as shown by error-based and time-based payloads. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the responses provide error and timing oracles for reading database information.
