Unrestricted file upload in the C Base Module of FNT Command 13.4.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute operating-system commands. The module insufficiently validates uploaded file types and permits a crafted payload to run with the privileges of the application. A valid low-privilege account and network access are required; exploitation compromises the server within the application's operating-system privileges.
