Memory corruption via unchecked IPTV port length
Published Aug 26, 2024 · Updated Aug 26, 2024
Stack-based buffer overflow in Tenda AX1806 Firmware 1.0.0.1 allows attackers to corrupt memory via a crafted IPTV port value. setIptvInfo processes the iptv.stb.port parameter without enforcing the destination stack buffer's bounds, so an oversized value writes out of bounds. Published assessments disagree on the gate: NVD rates network access with no privileges, while CISA requires adjacent access and low privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
