Credential disclosure via unauthorized configuration download

Information disclosure in D-Link DIR-823G 1.0.2B05_20181207 allows remote attackers to download plaintext user passwords without authentication. The configuration-download functionality returns the full settings file without an authorization check, exposing credentials stored unencrypted inside it. Network reachability is sufficient; no login or user interaction is required, and the reported consequence is limited to disclosure of stored credentials.
