Remote command execution via path concatenation

Command injection in D-Link DI-8100G 17.12.20A1 allows remote attackers to execute OS commands through the path parameter. The upgrade_filter.asp handler calls sub_47A60C in jhttpd, which accepts path values beginning with http:// and concatenates them into a system command without adequate validation. The published proof of concept supplies an administrator session cookie, so the demonstrated route requires authenticated management access and permits arbitrary command execution on the gateway.
