System termination via malicious video parsing

Memory flaw in AppleGraphicsControl in Apple macOS Sonoma before 14.7.2 or Sequoia before 15.2 allows attackers to terminate the system via video. Apple identifies the locus as AppleGraphicsControl and says memory handling during malicious video parsing was improved, but has not disclosed the faulty operation. A user must cause the crafted file to be parsed; successful exploitation terminates the operating system without reported data disclosure or modification.
