Sensitive-data disclosure via insufficient log redaction
Published Sep 16, 2024 · Updated Apr 2, 2026
Information disclosure in App Intents in Apple macOS before 13.7, 14.7, or 15 allows local users to read sensitive data from logs. When a shortcut fails to launch another app, App Intents records sensitive data without adequate redaction. A locally executing low-privileged app can access the resulting log data; no integrity or availability impact is reported.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
