Insecure deserialization in Siemens TeleControl Server Basic before 3.1.2.1 allows remote attackers to execute code as SYSTEM. The redundancy-enabled server deserializes attacker-supplied .NET objects received over the network, allowing object construction to invoke arbitrary code. Exploitation is unauthenticated and requires redundancy to be configured; successful execution grants full SYSTEM privileges on the server.
