Unauthenticated service crash via body-size integer overflow

Integer overflow in Siemens Automation License Manager V5, V6.0 before SP12 Upd3, and V6.2 before Upd3 allows remote attackers to crash its service. In almsrv64x.exe, adding an attacker-controlled 64-bit body size to the stream position can wrap, bypass the allocated-buffer check, and make the XML parser read beyond accessible memory. The default listener on TCP port 4410 requires no authentication, and process termination can interrupt license verification for dependent products.
