Authenticated sensitive-data exposure via unvalidated qemu-img input

Image-processing authorization failure in OpenStack Ironic and ironic-python-agent allows remote authenticated users to read sensitive data. The image-conversion path passes attacker-controlled disk images to qemu-img without pre-screening their content-derived format or restricting the source driver. An authenticated image submitter can reach the flaw when conversion occurs, exposing data from the ironic-conductor process environment; direct agent downloads can bypass conductor validation.
